Man says woman sexually harassed him

A MAN in Shenyang, capital of Liaoning Province, reported to police that women on local buses have been sexually harassing him after he said a woman touched his back with her breast on purpose.
The 39-year-old Zhang, who lives alone, claimed a plump woman in her 30s who stood behind him and "sexually harassed" him for one minute on the bus heading to the Huanggu District a week ago Monday evening. It was deliberate because the bus wasn't crowded, Zhang said.
He said the incident has traumatized him, and he suspects women on buses touch him on purpose, Shenyang Evening News reported.
Sun Bo, a psychological consultant, reported that Zhang might be affected by paranoia because he is very sensitive. Also, his wife has worked overseas for four to five years, which might affect him, Sun said.
If a woman sexually harassed him, she couldn't be punished because the laws don't provide for such cases against women, a local lawyer said.
