Man seriously injures 3 children with wrench

A MAN attacked three children with a wrench in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region yesterday, Xinhua news agency reported today.

One of three children was in critical condition in the hospital and the others were severely injured.

The man struck the children without any cause in Daxing township in Yao Autonomous County in south China's Guangxi region, the report stated.

Police sent the suspect to a hospital for a psychological examination, but no results were reported.
