Man to be charged over family slaughter
A MAN who allegedly stabbed six family members to death, including his parents, wife, two children and sister, is expected be formally charged before mid-February.
Police have completed interrogation and referred the case to prosecutors to file the charge, today's Beijing Evening News reported.
Li Lei, 29, was caught in south China's Hainan Province after the killing spree on November 23.
He allegedly told police that he killed his family because of accumulated resentment over trivial family issues.
