Mine accident kills 2, traps 6 in central China

GAS leak killed two workers and stranded six others at a coal mine early Saturday in central China's Hunan Province, local authorities said.
The accident occurred about 2:10am in the city of Shaoyang.
Eleven people were working in the mine and three of them returned to the ground safely.
The rescue is underway.
