Model鈥檚 pictures faked
A MALE model who went online to find a wife has been outed by web users who discovered the photographs he used were fakes.
In Liang Chao’s post on Sina Weibo microblog, described himself as a 30-year-old foreign-educated man with an annual income of 700,000 yuan (US$115,000).
He said he was seeking a wife under the age of 30, and would give her a monthly allowance of 10,000 yuan.
But web users discovered his photos were taken from magazines, with his head replacing those of Western models.
Liang, whose post has received more than 70,000 comments, said he had never claimed not to have digitally manipulated his pictures.
He also wrote a post promoting his tailoring business, leading to claims that the posts were to generate publicity.
