CHINA will further open up sectors with natural monopoly features for investment, the Communist Party of China said in a five-year plan proposal released yesterday.
Efforts will be accelerated to open up competitive businesses in sectors such as oil, natural gas, electricity, telecommunications, transportation and utilities, the CPC Central Committee said in a document formulating the 13th five-year plan for national economic and social development for the period 2016-20.
