New rule requires complete identities

A REGULATION requiring applicants of domain names to provide complete identity information takes effect from tomorrow.
It requires registrars to verify the accuracy of information submitted. They must not share the information with third parties without consent from the holders, who are required to register any changes within 30 days. Regulations on the sale of insurance schemes and public auctions will also take effect from tomorrow.
