PREMIER Wen Jiabao said yesterday that the upcoming Copenhagen conference represented another important moment in international action on climate change.
"The willingness and commitments to be expressed by countries at Copenhagen will promote the historic advancement of a green economy and sustainable development," Wen said when delivering a speech at the closing ceremony of the fifth China-European Union Business Summit.
Wen said China would take a constructive part in the conference.
