TIAN Xueren, former executive vice governor of Jilin Province and former member of the Jilin Provincial Committee of Communist Party of China, is under investigation for alleged violations, the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection said yesterday. Tian was appointed executive vice provincial governor of Jilin in 2004.
