Oil tank blast in Beijing kills 2
AT least two people were killed after an oil tank caught fire and exploded in Beijing yesterday, police in the capital city said.
The accident happened at about 3:30pm on Dajian Road in Fangshan District in Beijing's southwest. Witnesses said an electric welding operation might have triggered the fire, but authorities were still investigating the cause. The identities of the two victims were not released.
