On-screen hero's son caught smoking marijuana

The son of a well-known Chinese actor and film producer is put under administrative detention for 13 days after he was caught smoking marijuana with a friend in Beijing last night.
Zhang Mo, the 29-year-old son of Zhang Guoli, is also an actor. He was found smoking marijuana with a friend surnamed Gong when police searched his home after receiving tip-offs, Beijing Television reported today.
Gong is held in administrative detention for five days.
Zhang Guoli has apologized for his son's misconduct and vowed to help him wean off the drugs, according to a statement he posted on Weibo, a Chinese version of Twitter.
Zhang Guoli became a household name after starring in a series of costume dramas. He is known for his squeaky-clean image.
