GIANT panda fever continues to grip Taiwan as 500,000 people have visited the animals as of Saturday. The Taipei zoo awarded a primary school student from Changhua County with a stuffed animal, stationery and a book to celebrate being the 500,000th visitor.
Zoo Director Jason Yeh said the pandas remained in good health.
