THE Communist Party of China Central Committee today approved a decision on major issues concerning Party building at the close of a four-day plenary session.
Hu Jintao, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, delivered a work report at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, which was held from September 15 to 18 in Beijing.
Some delegates to the 17th CPC National Congress who were in charge of Party affairs at the grassroots, and experts and scholars in this field, also attended the meeting.
