Police offers reward to hunt down killer

POLICE in southwest China are offering 50,000 yuan (US$73,833.5) in reward for information leading to the arrest of a man who allegedly joined in a robbery gang that killed nine people.
Bai Zhongjie, 17, a native of Guizhou Province, was still at large while other four members of the gang were arrested by police on July 27, reported Xinhua news agency today.
The criminal gang has robbed and killed taxi drivers in several cities in Guizhou since July 12. They also pretended to be taxi drivers to rob passengers.
