Porn video played on outdoor LED screen

PORNOGRAPHIC video clips appeared in a large advertising LED screen in a crowded street of a small town in eastern Zhejiang Province for over 10 minutes on Wednesday evening.
An advertising company employee in Ouwa Town said he watched the videos on a office computer and didn't know that computer was linked with the large LED screen.
Police found it hard to punish him because he didn't mean to show pornographic videos to the public, a Zhejiang newspaper, City Express, reported today.
An official with the local administration for industry and commerce told the newspaper that it was difficult to monitor ads on LED screens.
Police said the employee will be punished for "disturbing the public order."
