Premier’s wife by his side on African tour

WITH Premier Li Keqiang on his trip to Ethiopia, Nigeria, Angola and Kenya is his wife Cheng Hong, 57.
They met at Peking University and have one daughter.
Cheng has taught in the foreign languages department of the Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing for more than 30 years, specializing in English teaching and research, according to Xinhua news agency.
Former Premier Wen Jiabao’s wife never traveled with him, though the wives of former premiers Li Peng and Zhu Rongji accompanied them on overseas trips.
