CHINESE President Hu Jintao today put forward a four-point proposal at the fifth Group of 20 Summit in Seoul for realizing strong, sustainable and balanced growth of the world economy.
The proposal included improving the framework for growth, championing open trade, reforming the financial system, and narrowing the development gap.
