DAI Weimin, 52, vice president of Nanjing PLA University for Political Sciences, is being investigated over allegations he took bribes related to construction projects in Shanghai, Caixin.com reported, quoting unnamed sources.
After graduating from Fudan University, the information communications student began his career in the military as a curator at the Nanjing university.
Promoted to major general in 2010, he was also president of the university’s Shanghai branch.
