Progress on corruption

DELEGATES elected a 130-member Central Commission for Discipline Inspection at the closing session of the Party's national congress yesterday.

New and significant progress has been made in improving Party conduct, upholding integrity and combating corruption since the 17th congress in 2007, according to a resolution.

The congress called on all commissions for discipline inspection to combat corruption in an integrated way, addressing its symptoms and causes.
