Five people were trapped after a quarry collapsed in north China’s Hebei Province yesterday evening, local authorities said.
The accident occurred shortly after 5pm at a quarry in Dafangezhuang Village in Changli County, trapping five workers, the county government said in a statement. A rescue operation is under way, local officials said.
