TWO million yuan (US$303,000) has been allocated to relief efforts in Guizhou and Hunan provinces - where snow and freezing rain have disrupted people's lives - by the All China Federation of Trade Unions. The inclement weather has led to the evacuation of at least 58,000 people from their homes in the past week.
