CHINA will ease the criteria for foreign technical workers applying for permanent residence, according to a draft outline of a five-year plan released on Saturday.
The country will be more effective in its search for talent imports and improve the system for foreigners seeking to make China their home.
The plan said also that foreign workers will get more convenient and efficient services.
More international students will be invited to study in China, and Chinese people will be recommended to work in international organizations, according to the document.
