UP to 20,000 yuan (US$2,920) reward will be paid to people who provide useful tips about guns and explosives to public security authorities, Beijing Times reported today.
Imitation guns are also considered guns, Liao Jinrong, an officer from the Ministry of Public Security, said in the report.
