A BEIJING court will hear a lawsuit filed by Taiwan-based Rock Records Co Ltd against a Beijing-based online music provider over copyright infringements.
Rock Records is suing Wangyue Tianxia Internet Information Service Co Ltd, operator of the website www.yy.com. Rock Records is seeking 240,000 yuan (US$36,400) in compensation from Wangyue.
