Another romantic work, the Chinese remake of the classic 2009 Hollywood film "Birde Wars" will be released on Thursday.
Starring actress Angelababy and Ni Ni, the film centers on a pair of brides-to-be whose friendship is tested when they start a battle for the perfect wedding scheduled on the same day.
Angelababy and Ni Ni will have new interpretation of the roles originally played by Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway.
The film is set to the backdrop of Shanghai. Hong Kong director Tony Chan, known for his comedy romance "Hot Summer Days," wrote the script for the movie. Compared with the original Hollywood film, the story will be more localized with the director's own feelings about life and love.
