HONG Kong is investigating an incident in which a passenger plane suddenly lost power and broke down for hours on a runway after landing at Hong Kong International Airport on Friday morning. The Hong Kong Airlines A330 Airbus was carrying 248 passengers and crew of 12. It landed safely after departing from Shanghai Pudong International Airport. No one was injured, but the paralyzed plane caused many flights to be delayed or canceled.
