CHINA will improve safety facilities in mines nationwide to prevent and tackle underground disasters, the industry's safety watchdog said yesterday.
By 2015, all mines will be equipped with safety features to improve their safety monitoring and emergency responses, said Zhao Tiechui, head of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety.
