Schoolmaster, official arrested on molest charges

A primary school principal and a housing bureau official in Wanning City, Hainan Province have been arrested for molesting six girl students, local prosecutors said today.
The two men surnamed Chen and Feng were called "sugar daddies" by two of the girls and they spent a night with these 12-year-olds in a hotel last Wednesday. The girls appeared doped and drowsy when they were found in two hotel rooms.
One girl had bruises in her neck and hands. One showed vaginal bleeding, and two others complained about headache and abdominal distension, local media reported.
The parents suspected that their children were drugged and then sexually abused because medical examiners said the girls were raped after tests last Friday.
The girls were asked to undergo a second examination on Monday but the result showed they only suffered minor injuries in their private parts but their hymens remained intact.
