The deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Jiangxi Provincial People's Congress, is under investigation, according to the Communist Party of China's disciplinary watchdog today.

Chen Anzhong is under investigation for serious law and discipline violations, said a statement from the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China.
