A MAN who was detained after taking pictures of a young Shanghai woman's underpants in a Hong Kong subway station on Monday was found to have stalked other women before, Shanghai's Jiefang Daily reported today.
The 50-year-old jobless man, surnamed Woo, followed three female university students who are from Shanghai and studying in Hong Kong, and took pictures of one of the women with a cellphone when they were on escalator in Tsim Sha Tsui station in Hong Kong.
The students saw what the man had done and notified police.
He was caught and was found to have seven videos in the cell phone that he had shot previously up women's skirts.
The man was accused of the crime of outraging public decency, said Hong Kong police.
