Shotgun shooting leaves 1 killed, 4 injured at E China eatery

One man was killed while four others injured in a shooting incident Monday evening in a city in Jiangxi Province, local police said.

The casualties were all caused by a homemade shotgun loaded with steel balls, police said.

The victims were all locals of Shangrao city, police said.

The shooting took place inside a street-side eatery. One of the victims died after being rushed to hospital while the rest of them were all non-critically injured, police said.

The shooting was under investigation with other details unavailable, according to police
