Site collapse kills 2 workers

TWO workers were killed and one is missing after a construction site collapsed Friday night in central China's Hunan Province, local authorities said yesterday. Eight others were slightly injured.
The accident happened at a construction site for a hotel in Zhangjiajie City at 9:45pm, the local government's publicity department said in a statement. Eleven people were at the construction site when the accident happened. Rescuers retrieved two bodies and sent eight injured workers to a hospital, the statement said. Police are investigating the accident.
