Snow Halts Traffic
SNOW disrupted road and air traffic in northeast China's Jilin Province over the weekend.
Heavy snow began to fall in Jilin on Friday night and the three hardest-hit areas were Tonghua, Baishan and Yanbian.
In Tonghua, authorities suspended more than 150 long-haul buses bound for neighboring provinces and the northern cities of Tianjin and Beijing.
The snowstorm also shut an airport in Yanbian where officials also halted traffic along some highways.
