Teacher held over sex with girls under 12

A TEACHER in Sichuan Province has been detained for allegedly having sex with five girl students in a class, a Guangzhou Website reported today.

The five primary school students, aged from 10 to 12, cried in front of a headmaster in Zhaohua Town, Fushun County in Zigong City of the southwestern China province last week, saying their teacher Chen Lun had often checked them for "sanitation," according to the dayoo.com report.

Chen, 41, allegedly often asked a girl to stay after school to do homework alone, and then had sex with her, sometimes showing her pornographic videos, the report said.

Chen's wife and son, and most of the parents of the girls, are migrants away working in cities, the report said. The students' parents called police.
