Testicle cutter has learning difficulties
A MAN said to have cut off the testicles of four patients at a nursing home has learning difficulties, authorities in northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province said yesterday.
The 46-year-old suspect, surnamed Wang, 46, allegedly tied up four patients and cut off their testicles with a blunt razor on Tuesday.
He had drunk alcohol and was “looking for excitement and venting his discontent,” said a statement by the government of Qinggang County, where the home is located.
Wang is in police custody.
Two victims, aged 53 and 80, each lost one testicle each, while a 60-year-old lost both. The fourth victim, who lost both his testicles, was not discovered until Thursday.
“I yelled, but no one paid attention,” one victim said.
He said Wang served up food and may have been annoyed by their leftovers.
Seven local officials are being investigated.
