Tests confirm boy's fatal beating

FORENSIC results have confirmed that a boy who died at a training camp early this month in southern China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was beaten to death, Southern Metropolis Daily reported yesterday.
The victim's family had been advised and an investigation into the case continued, Wang Mingjun, vice director of Jiangnan District branch of Nanning City Public Security Bureau, told the newspaper.
Deng Senshan, 15, was reported dead on August 2, only 12 hours after being sent to the Qihang Salvation Training Camp in Nanning, capital of Guangxi, to cure his "Internet addiction."
Police have closed the school and stopped all training. Four teachers have been detained over the matter.
