Thief enlarges his breast to evade arrest

A man underwent a breast enlargement surgery to disguise as a woman and escape police arrest after he stole 7,000 yuan (US$1,098) from his boss, a barber shop owner, in April in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province.
The 21-year-old man surnamed Ming is a native of Guizhou Province in southwest China. After the theft, he changed places frequently and was finally caught by police in Xinyang, central Henan Province last Saturday.
Changzhou police noticed that Ming's male features had been diminished by the surgery, the local Modern Express reported today.
Ming confessed that he took a breast surgery in a private cosmetic clinic in Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province soon after he fled Changzhou and he continued to take female hormones to look like a real woman.
Ming will be put into custody after police confirm his sex, the newspaper said.
