Three Arrested

NEPALESE police detained three Westerners staging an anti-China demonstration near the Chinese embassy's visa office in Katmandu yesterday.

The three, from Britain and Norway, were arrested near the Snake Temple soon after the demonstration started.

Dozens of Tibetan separatists were also detained on their way to the visa office.
