Three days off for Qingming Festival starts April 5
THREE days off will start April 5 for the upcoming Qingming Festival public holiday, the State Council announced today.
Chinese usually sweep tombs to commemorate their deceased relatives and ancestors on Qingming Festival, also known as the Tomb-sweeping Day.
People also make use of this holiday to make short trips and outings since the weather is turning warmer with the upcoming arrival of spring.
