Tot killed by car of official enforcing one-child policy
A 13-month-old boy died under the car of an official who was demanding the parents pay a fine for violating China's family planning policy.
Authorities in Wenzhou are investigating how the infant ended up beneath the car, a spokesman surnamed Zhou said. "The family was agitated," Zhou said. "After starting the car to bring the family to the office to discuss the matter, the official discovered the child had been crushed underneath the car."
