HEILONGJIANG Province is to build a park to mark Japanese Unit 731's notorious experiments, authorities said. The park will be based at the Unit 731 ruins in the Pingfang district of Harbin City.
Unit 731 was a covert research center where the Japanese, during its war of aggression on China (1937-1945), conducted experiments on prisoners of war.
