THIS year's 21st tropical storm Washi will approach the South China Sea and bring strong winds to the area today, the National Meteorological Center said yesterday.
The storm will move northwest from the Sulu Sea off the coast of the Philippines at a speed of 20 to 25 kilometers per hour to enter the southeastern part of the South China Sea.
