Wesk Lake Int'l Expo soon to kick off in Hangzhou

The 17th West Lake International Expo will be held between October 16 and November 1 in Hangzhou City of Zhejiang Province and other cities in the Yangtze River Delta, Hangzhou government announced today.
The expo will raise its curtain with an economic trade and sci-tech cooperation conference with the theme of "Information Economy, Smart City."
The Financial Times will also hold its annual summit forum in Hangzhou on the opening day in recognition of its leading role in development of Chinese Economy.
With a total of 35 projects of exhibitions, forums and other events in business, industry, culture and life areas, it is expected to attract 10 billion yuan of trade volume during the expo, as well as US$ one billion of foreign investment and 10 billion yuan of domestic investment into the city.
