Who is possible suspect Zeng Kaigui?

BORN in a village to a peasant family in southwest China's Sichuan Province, Zeng Kaigui was just like most other children in the village, said Li Shanggeng, Zeng's primary school teacher.
During military service from 1989 to 1992 in Yunnan Province, Zeng build his strength to such an extent that two of his comrades were not able to take him down, said Liu Wen, who served with Zeng in the armed police.
On October 13, 1995, Zeng is alleged to have killed a man during an armed robbery in Yunnan. He was put on the B-class wanted list, the second highest level.
Similar cases were reported from 2004 to 2011 in Yunnan, Hunan and Chongqing but police did not confirm Zeng as the suspect.
