THE city of Urumqi will adopt a curfew from 9:00pm to 8:00am tomorrow to avoid further chaos, said Wang Lequan, secretary of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC),in a televised speech today.
