Su Rong, Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, is being probed for suspected disciplinary violations, the discipline watchdog of the Communist Party of China (CPC) said in a statement on Saturday.
Su is under investigation for suspected serious violations of discipline and the law, according to the statement, which was posted on the website of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
