GUO Benheng, the former president of the Shanghai Bright Dairy & Food Co, has been taken for an investigation on suspicion of serious violation of laws and discipline, local discipline inspection commission said Wednesday.
On June 26, the company said in a statement that Guo resigned as the company's general manager due to personal reason, according to media reports.
