Xu Liming, former Party secretary and director of the representative office of the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in Guangzhou was expelled from the Party and removed from public office for seriously violating disciplines and laws.
According to a criminal investigation, he took advantage of his positions to seek benefits for others and take bribes. His case was referred to prosecutors.
