The Party is investigating Li Jinming, former chairman of the Guangsheng Asset Management Co Ltd in Guangdong Province, after he was accused of serious disciplinary violations.
According to the investigation, Li abused his power to seek benefits for others and take huge bribes. He has been expelled from the Party and removed from public office. He has been transferred to judicial departments for a criminal investigation and possible prosecution. His illegal income has been confiscated.
