Guo Biao, former member of the Party organization of the Hainan Provincial People's Procuratorate and leader of the provincial discipline inspection group, has been accused of disciplinary violations.
According to a Party investigation, Guo took advantage of his positions to seek benefits for others and take bribes. He has been expelled from the Party and removed from public office. He has been transferred to judicial departments for a criminal investigation and possible prosecution.
